Cardillo Seasonings Alfredo Cardillo came to us with a wax paper pouch filled with his seasoning mix that is used to make home-made pizza sauce. In a little more than a year, we created a brand and provided the marketing necessary to go from “I have an idea…” to gaining preferred retail shelf placement and working with a distributor to introduce the brand into Chicago and other markets. Then, while planning a big campaign to expand distribution, a call comes in from a pizza shop owner in Alberta, Canada!
